Short films. A free and open festival featuring more than 300 short films from 50 countries and 5 continents.
The International Short and Animation Film Festival, Mecal Pro, will be holding its 27th edition from 26 June to 6 July with open air screenings at the Can Framis Museum and indoor sessions at the Mecal Factory.
The Mecal has put together a carefully prepared programme of short films, divided into four official and competition sections: International, Oblique, Animation and Documentary, which come in addition to the numerous parallel sections, themes and activities.
This year there is a special section dedicated to Estonian cinematography, with a selection of programmes that offer a broad and representative view of the country’s contemporary short film scene, and its animated heritage.
Admission is free.
